Black Friday

Wednesday, December 12th, 2012

Every year after Thanksgiving is done and over with, families wrap up and freeze their leftovers, clean up the kitchen, and head out the door in the early hours of the morning to venture out into the realm of Black Friday shopping. With stores like Target and Sears opening as early as 8 PM Thanksgiving night this year, it is safe to say this day has become widely anticipated by many Americans throughout the year.

As we scour flyers and magazines for the best deals on electronics, clothes, and other gifts for the approaching holiday season, stores anticipate the arrival of the masses and stock up on all its products. In this new digital era, people now look to the Internet as well for great deals on great gifts that won’t break the bank. In fact, Cyber Monday has become just as popular as Black Friday with the endless deals that are yours with just a click of a button. Not only has shopping online been shown to be popular, it allows people to shop in the comfort of their own homes.
