Every year the lobby, and the hallways surrounding it, become covered in posters hung by students to congratulate seniors on their acceptance into a college of their choice. The posters, always fabulously decorated with glitter, colorful big letters spelling out a clever congratulations, and embarrassing pictures of friends, are a long standing tradition at Chatham High School, but in recent years have become slightly controversial for a few reasons.

On Friday, December 12, 2014, an overwhelming amount of talent was showcased during the Winter CPAC Performance. In fact, you would not think it possible for only a handful of students to produce so much entertainment during a two act, one and a half hour long production. Sure enough, these gifted singers, dancers, and musicians delivered an unbelievable performance with the help of a Brian Johnson who led the student operated lighting, sound, and stage crew.

While making the school-wide switch from FirstClass to Schoology was a big adjustment, many students and teachers are starting to warm up to what Mrs. Pace, beloved school nurse, describes as the "user friendly, easy to learn website". The easy training that was needed to adapt to Schoology is just one of the many positive aspects that Chatham's new online communication system has brought us this year.

This September, the Class of 2015 was certainly not new to the Chatham High School hallways, but they are, in fact, new to the CHS senior lot and open campus privileges. Up until now, the current seniors could only dream about leaving school during lunch or a free period to venture and eat, or nap, or to do whatever they desired.
